My goal as a coach...
Educate Client and it’s team on distressed property acquisition, consult on finance and labor loading, planning it’s organizational effects, advise on developing distressed land acquisition as a new business vertical of Client’s in both a technical and strategic approach.
Schedule:
Commencement May 1, 2024, Duration 16 weeks.
Scope:
Online Education. Intro to Curative Title Work, and Land Title Abstracting online seminars include 12 hours of seminar instruction, provided to Client. Must be completed prior to Work Package start date.
Meetings. Weekly video conferencing meetings between Coach and Client (and clients team) generally include deal review, strategy, and guidance to build the Clients business line. Meetings are scheduled each week at same time and held by Microsoft teams. 20 minute time blocked calls to Coaches mobile phone are also available at no additional cost and are reserved for “deal emergencies”, used with discretion.
Meeting Timing/Duration. Week 1 – 2 are each 2hrs long, Week 3 – 8 are each 1hr long generally, Week 9-16 are TBD in duration pending organizational support needs.
Work Package. Program work between Coach and Client are generally held during weekly video conferences. Program outline is shown below. The programs goal is to bring Client to speed on acquiring distressed land deals during the 16 week program ..

Familiarize with resources, including but definitely not limited to: skip tracing programs, genealogy program, land records of subject counties, identify foreclosure sale postings and subject market.
Prepare for foreclosure postings, monthly team labor schedule, listing services, sourcing judicial tax foreclosure subjects and build pipeline
Weekly Meetings
Scheduled weekly 2-hour meetings between Coach and Client (and client team). Meetings are recorded for replay.
Coach Support
20 minute time blocked calls to Coaches mobile phone are available at no additional cost for “deal emergencies”, used with discretion.
